"Very good"
Modern decor, new building with neat furnishings and soft bedding. Very central, taxi to Arusha airport costs only 15,000 TSH, but far enough from the main noise that you can sleep. Breakfast was plentiful but uninteresting. This is obviously a business hotel, packed into a small space, so don't come here as a romantic option. There is a large supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance, and the area seems fairly safe and a bit more modern than other parts.

Very comfortable and well-equipped room, complete with TV, table, and working fan. Good breakfast provided at a convenient time. All in all, very good.

The staff was so welcoming and nice. They helped us with finding out the best way to get to our hotel in Kili. Was a really nice hotel for us after a 3 day safari and sleeping in tents. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfy. We were there only overdag, to rest and taking a shower.

Nice hotel, with nice room, comfortable beds, good wifi. Hot water. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. 20 minutes walking from the bus station but close to supermarket (10 minutes walking)Thay have a good restaurant with fair price. Good breakfast.

We liked that the shower was hot and that the hot water lasted the entire shower. We didn't use it but I was glad to see there was a fan in the room.

- very nice staff preparing breakfast for me at 5am and arranged taxi to central bus station- answered my email when I asked for directions- small restaurant attached - clean, comfortable room- good shower

The hotel is located about 2.5 km from the bus station, but still close to the main street. The hotel definatelly surprised us because it is a really nice hotel with nice clean rooms. The hotel has a good restaurant and it was not a problem for them to make food for us at 11pm and the food was delicious.The wifi worked well and the staff was always smiling and willing to help.
